dispatchr

Your partner in dispatch & delivery.

Line up the work. Let the day flow.

A driver needs the next stop. A customer needs an answer. You need the whole picture.

For the people behind the wheel,
and the people behind the plan.

The anatomy of a delivery

A plan.
A run.
A record.

Delivery management is the work between “can you collect this?” and “has it arrived?” Give every order, stop and handover a place in the same story.

01

Before the wheels turn

Give the day a plan.

The address. The time window. The instruction that makes the difference. Get the brief right, then give it a route.

  1. Order
  2. Stops
  3. Itinerary

Order management

Capture the customer’s request, addresses, contacts, delivery windows and instructions in one brief. Import orders in bulk when the work comes in faster than one job at a time.

Multi-stop trip planning

Bring collections and deliveries into an ordered itinerary, with contacts and time windows for each stop. Keep the whole run connected to its orders and the instructions for each handover.

02

While the work moves

Keep the run in the picture.

Someone needs the next stop. Someone needs an update. Keep the people making the trip and the people managing it on the same page.

  1. Driver
  2. Vehicle
  3. Progress

Vehicle & driver assignment

Give the run to an available driver and vehicle. Check bookings before departure, flag overlapping work and keep each person clear on the job they’re taking.

Dispatch board & progress

Bring upcoming jobs, active trips and completed work into one operational view. See assignments, the next stop and exceptions with the context needed for the next decision.

03

At the handover

The last stop isn’t the last detail.

Who received it? What happened at the door? Give the customer an answer and keep the evidence with the work.

  1. Arrival
  2. Handover
  3. Proof

Digital proof of delivery

Keep photos, signatures, recipient details and notes with the right job and stop. Capture the handover with its time and location, including partial deliveries and exceptions.

Customer tracking & ETA

Give recipients a shareable view of their delivery progress and estimated arrival. Keep the information specific to their trip, with clear labels when location or estimates are unavailable.

Different roads. Same desk.

Every run has
its own rhythm.

The depot opens early. The airport has a cutoff. The guests have an itinerary. Dispatch makes room for the way your operation actually moves.

01

Delivery & distribution

The orders stack up. The delivery windows matter. Bring depot collections, customer drop-offs and driver assignments into a plan the whole team can work from.

02

Freight & export logistics

A farm collection, a consolidation point, an airport handover. Keep the instructions and time windows with the load as it moves from one pair of hands to another.

03

Tours & transfers

One booking can mean several days, guests and destinations. Keep the itinerary, the driver and the vehicle together for the whole trip, from pickup to final drop-off.

Fleetr Dispatch / Android & iOS

The road is part
of the workspace.

Take the work with you. One Fleetr Dispatch app gives drivers, dispatchers and managers their own view of the same run.

Drivers

The next stop, the customer’s instructions and the proof to capture. Everything needed to take the job through its next handover.

Dispatchers

The day’s jobs, the people assigned and the progress of each run. The context to make the next call, wherever you are.

Managers

The work across the team, with the right level of access. See where attention is needed while the day keeps moving.

Frequently asked questions

A few straight
answers.

The desk, the app, the proof and the people at the other end. Here’s how it all fits together.

What does Fleetr Dispatch help us manage?

The work around a delivery: the customer’s order, the collection and drop-off plan, the driver’s progress and the handover record. Fleetr Dispatch connects those steps so the next person has the context to get on with the job.

How does Dispatch fit alongside Fleetr?

Fleetr handles fleet management and vehicle tracking. Fleetr Dispatch handles jobs, operational trips, driver execution and proof of delivery. They are separate products. Talk to the team about the connection that fits your operation.

Do drivers and dispatchers use different apps?

They use one Fleetr Dispatch app for Android and iOS, with different views for drivers, dispatchers and managers. Each person gets the work and actions relevant to their role. Customers follow their own delivery through a scoped tracking link.

What can drivers record as proof of delivery?

Photos, signatures, recipient details and notes stay with the relevant job and stop, alongside capture time and location. Record partial deliveries or exceptions with the handover, so the evidence includes what actually happened.

How do customers follow their delivery?

Customers receive a link for their own delivery, with trip progress and an estimated arrival. Shared information stays specific to that trip. Last-known locations and unavailable estimates are labelled clearly, so customers can see how current the information is.

How do we get our team started?

Talk to us about the work you move, the people who move it and what a typical day looks like. We’ll work through your requirements, the right setup and the next steps with you on WhatsApp.

Every operation has a story

Tell us how
your day moves.

The early pickups. The last-minute changes. The customer who needs a straight answer. Tell us what a day looks like, and we’ll talk Dispatch.
